The new Luas Cross City line is being tested for the first time.
This project has been under construction for the past four years and will connect Broombridge to the city centre, as well as joining the Red and Green lines together.

Minister for Transport, Shane Ross, said the Luas cross city project was “a fantastic achievement”.
