Result of its internationalization strategy and taking advantage of the accumulated knowledge and experience over the last 20 years in the Railway Infrastructure, STECONFER formalized in 2018 a contract for the assembling of track works on MRT-7 Project, Manila-Philippines, with a total length of 23 km (double track), 14 stations and 1 depot facility.

Working with Hyundai Rotem Company, STECONFER has developed and proposed standards and procedures of high quality and guarantee, through Quality Control and Quality Assessment system supported on ISO 9001 standards for the provision of the following systems:

• Railway and Turnout Installation.
• Plinth Track
• Ballasted Track at San José Del Monte Depot
• Restraining (Check) Rail
• Stray Current
